A Model of Knowledge and Integrity: A Tribute to Professor Hamed Haroun Mohammed Elias

Professor Hamed Haroun Mohammed Elias is not merely a university lecturer; he is an institution in himself—embodying both knowledge and ethics. I have known him for over two decades, during which we shared the path of learning and professional work. We moved together to King Faisal University, where we experienced a rich academic journey, exchanging knowledge and expertise. I learned much from him, and he from me, and I had the honor of participating in the discussion of his doctoral dissertation—an academic moment reflecting deep mutual respect.

He can rightfully be regarded as the dean of modern and contemporary Arabic literature in our country, distinguished by his patience, perseverance, ever-present smile, noble character, and profound knowledge. In addition, he stands with us in the course of political struggle, enriching us with his enlightened ideas, without haste for immediate results, believing that true progress requires gradual and steady effort.

All thanks and appreciation to General Habib Dawad for this gracious gesture and this well-deserved recognition of a man who has given without limits.

In short:

Patient on the path of lofty aspirations, ever hopeful,
He illuminates the roads with his knowledge and sees with insight.
